Floral Desire Shower Pamper Pack Competition Terms and Conditions
The Promoter is: Finch and the Flower (ABN 46 105 526 874) of registered office address: 11 Michael Street, Blackalls Park NSW 2283 and will be hereafter referred to as the ‘Promoter.’
1. This competition is only open to residents of Australia over the age of 18 years.
2. To enter the competition an entrant must:
a. Like our Facebook page, Finch and the Flower OR follow our Instagram account @finchandtheflower.
b. Tag a friend who they would like to win the prize with on our original facebook or Instagram post. Tags on shares of the post will not be valid.
c. OPTIONAL: Sign up to our mailing list for an additional entry into the competition.
3. Closing date for entry will be 12pm AEST Saturday 15th June 2024. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
4. The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows:
a. For each friend tagged on the original facebook or Instagram post by Finch and the Flower, the entrant will receive 1 entry into the draw.
b. Entrants who sign up to our mailing list will receive 1 additional entry into the draw.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control.
a. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
6. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
7. The prize includes 2 x Floral Desire Shower Packs to be shipped to the winner, total value $120. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
8. Winner will be drawn at random at 11 Michael Street, Blackalls Park NSW on Saturday 15th June 2024.
9. The winner will be notified by social media announcement and listed on website “www.finchandtheflower.au” within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
10. The prize can only be shipped to a valid address within Australia.
11. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
12. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
